The downtown hotel and conference rooms are conventional installs with proper access, and they are the easiest bookings in the city. The theatre and arts spaces are not: their back-of-house is built for productions, not events, and the route from the street to the room can involve a scene dock and a corridor that was never meant for florals. We ask about that route rather than assuming it, and we bring a smaller crew and more time.
The university calendar does to New Brunswick what it does to Princeton. Move-in weekends, homecoming and graduation compress everything — traffic, parking and venue availability at once. On those dates we schedule early access as standard and tell you honestly that a mid-afternoon install is not realistic.
