Because so many of these weddings happen in hotels, guests are often staying in the building. That changes where a wall earns its keep: the lobby-adjacent spaces see traffic all day, and a wall placed where guests pass on the way to the room gets photographed far more than one tucked inside the ballroom. Where the venue allows it, we will suggest that placement.
The other local factor is that a good share of couples here are marrying near where they studied, and the guest list arrives from a distance in one wave. Booths and walls both take their heaviest use in the first ninety minutes as a result. We install with enough margin that everything is finished and dressed before that first wave rather than during it.
