An at-home wedding has no venue coordinator, no loading dock and no standard access window, which means the logistics land on the couple unless somebody else picks them up. We try to be that somebody: we agree a delivery time that does not collide with the caterer or the tent crew, and we take our own rubbish away. On a day being run out of a family kitchen, that matters more than it sounds.
For the gallery and museum spaces the constraint flips entirely. Those venues have real rules about what may touch a wall or a floor, and a free-standing weighted frame is usually the reason they say yes to us at all. Nothing of ours needs to be fixed to anything of theirs.
