Flower wall rental on the Jersey Shore

The Barnegat hub is on this coast, so the shore is home ground rather than a long trip.

Beach installs are the ones people underestimate. Sand gives under a weighted frame, so a wall on a beach needs boards beneath it and considerably more ballast than the same wall on a ballroom floor — and even then there is a wind speed at which we will not put it up, which we would rather tell you the day before than on the sand. Where a ceremony is on the beach, the wall very often belongs at the reception instead.

Asbury Park and the oceanfront hotels are far simpler and among our favourite rooms in the state. Load-in is conventional, the rooms are used to vendors, and the light off the water in the late afternoon does something to a flower wall that no amount of uplighting reproduces. Book the wall where the photographs happen at that hour and it earns its keep twice over.

Jersey Shore questions

Can you put a flower wall on the beach?
Yes, with boards under the frame and heavy ballast. There is a wind speed where we will decline, and we will tell you the day before rather than on the day.
Which shore towns do you cover?
The coast either side of the Barnegat hub, from the northern shore towns down past Atlantic City. If you are unsure about your town, ask — it is usually a yes.
Does salt air damage the flowers?
Not over the length of an event. We do avoid leaving a wall outdoors overnight on the coast where the schedule allows it.
