Scale is the whole conversation here. A room seating six or seven hundred swallows an 8ft wall — it looks correct in a photograph and lost in the space. For these halls we will usually propose a wider build in linked sections, or a pair of walls flanking an entrance, so the installation reads at the size of the room rather than at the size of a standard order.
The multi-day celebrations the area is known for change the job in a more practical way. Where an event runs across several days and functions, the question is whether a wall stays up between them or is rebuilt for each. Both are possible and they cost different things in crew time, so it is worth deciding at the enquiry stage rather than midway through the weekend.
