Working Jersey City venues
The waterfront hotels have proper loading docks; the Grove Street lofts and Hamilton Park brownstones do not. We quote Jersey City after asking one question — what is the access? — because carrying panels up a walk-up changes the crew, not the price of the wall.
Rooftop events get the outdoor treatment: extra ballast and a wind call the day before. The skyline backdrop is worth the planning.
Short-notice friendly
Being this close to the hub means Jersey City can sometimes book inside two weeks when other areas cannot. If your date is soon, ask — the answer is yes more often here than anywhere else we serve.

Jersey City questions
- Do you cover the whole of Hudson County?
- Yes. Jersey City, Hoboken, Bayonne, Weehawken, Union City and the towns between them are all inside the Newark hub's radius, and none of them counts as a long trip.
- Can we see a wall in person before booking?
- We do not run a showroom, and we would rather tell you that than have you drive somewhere. What we can do is send photographs of a specific wall at real events rather than catalogue shots, which is a better guide to how it will actually look in a room.
- Can one booking cover both a wall and a booth?
- Yes, and it is the most common way people book here — one team, one delivery, one setup. It also means the booth is pointed at the backdrop from the start rather than the two being positioned by different people.
